What makes us different from both chains and local Fort Collins massage businesses? We are therapist-owned and operated, and strongly believe in treating and paying our northern Colorado massage therapists well. Our first goal is to treat our people well, so they can focus on taking care of you.
We provide unique customized massage therapy to each of our clients.
While each of our individual massage therapists have unique skills and specialties, in general we provide the following types of massage therapy:
Swedish or Relaxing Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Relaxing Deep Tissue Combo
Trigger Point Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy
Prenatal Massage
Medical Massage
Hot Stone Massage
Cupping (add-on)
Massage therapy is considered an alternative means to alleviate muscle pain, stiffness, and knots, as well as reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. Adding massage therapy to your lifestyle is no longer simply considered a luxury, but rather an alternative means to help reduce various problematic symptoms like headaches, neck pain, and chronic back pain. Massage therapy can help with meeting functional goals such as increasing range of motion, and reaching peak athletic performance. This of course does not mean that you will not feel pampered and well cared for during your massage therapy treatment!
At our Fort Collins massage therapy center, we believe that massage therapy can help with overall health at an affordable price. You will encounter a local massage therapist here who is professional, licensed, experienced, and willing to try various techniques to get you feeling better! Although you can find massage therapy useful for a wide variety of health concerns at our clinic, we do specialize in massage therapy for neck, shoulder, and back pain. We encourage you to speak to your physician or healthcare practitioner about any questions regarding massage therapy. Also, please feel welcome to contact us directly if you have any concerns about your future or current massage therapy treatment.
Our Practice
Height of Health Massage was created in May 2014 by our current owner and massage therapist, Rachel Hargrove. Our massage therapists have been hand selected, and share mutual goals and values in this amazing healing profession. In Oct 2023, we moved into our very own building in the Robertson Medical Park.
